Dr. Ann Fay, DDS
The most rewarding aspect of my job is interacting with patients. Delivering compassionate care and education is the key to building a trusted, long-term relationship.
After graduating from Smith College, I started my family and then earned my DDS from the UMKC School of Dentistry. I completed the Periodontics program at UMKC and have been Board Certified by the American Board of Periodontology since 2007.
The best part of my job is interacting with patients to understand their health concerns, provide education, and create an individualized plan they are comfortable with. Our office excels in offering a personal touch, ensuring that the process is interactive and involves the patient.
I am a member of the Kansas Dental Association, the MO Dental Association, the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society, the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the University Study Club. My passion for lifelong learning drives me to consistently earn more than double the continuing education required for licensing.
Dr. Chih-Yun Tao, DDS, MS
I obtained an MS degree and certifications from Tufts University, Boston and my initial DDS degree at National Taiwan University in my home country.
For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. This role has allowed me to thrive in both teaching and clinical settings. During my tenure I earned a second DDS degree.
Exploring diverse cultures through travel and continued education energizes me and brings great joy. Every year, I set out on a new journey to glean insights from leading experts in my field, fostering both professional development and personal enrichment. To maintain equilibrium in my life, I dedicate time to practices such as yoga and cycling.
