Dental Implants and Treatment of Peri-Implantitis

A dental implant is placed in the bone, where the root of the tooth used to be. The dental implant will have a crown placed on top to mimic the missing tooth. Our periodontists will work with your dental office to coordinate the surgical placement of the implant with the eventual placement of the crown. Other implant related procedures provided in our office include bone augmentation, sinus lifts and treatment of peri-implantitis.
